56% of Nursing Graduates in Bahrain Unemployed since 3 Years

Bahrain Mirror: A statistical report conducted by a team of unemployed nurses revealed that 56 percent of nursing graduates are unemployed, while 30.2 percent work as nurses. Five percent; however, have other occupations in the private health sector and the remaining 8.8 percent have other jobs.
In an interview with Al-Wasat Newspaper, the nursing graduates said that some of them even completed all employment procedures and obtained a nursing practice permit. They further stated that a number of them even signed employment contracts and were waiting for a phone call from the Health Ministry to inform them about their place of employment. After two years; however, his call still has not been made.
