General Director of Anti-corruption and Economic and Electronic Security warned from fraudulent messages that �ask for registration for exemption from taxes�, noting that the messages are followed by a link. The General Director stressed not to deal with these malicious messages and not to provide these parties with any information through the link.

The General Directorate of the Bahraini Interior Ministry's Anti-Corruption & Economic & Electronic Security Department announced that a suspect was taken into custody over charges of fundraising for producing a movie that "insults the [Prophet's] companions on social media."
