SCE Chief Executive Mohammed bin Dinah stressed that the SCE has reached out to all 24 factories producing plastic bags in the Kingdom of Bahrain to ensure their ability to produce biodegradable bags, explaining that the production rate of this type of bags was between 47% and 50%, while factories will be obliged now to produce them by 100%.
