Human Rights First’s Brian Dooley wrote a letter addressing the President of Bahrain’s National Security Agency (NSA), Sheikh Talal bin Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, 10 days after Bahraini human rights activist Ebtisam Al-Saegh’s Arrest.
