EWA: Electricity Production Cost 30 Fils/KW, Sold at 3 Fils Only

The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) said that the electricity production cost is 30 Fils/KW, however it is subsidized and sold at 3 Fils only. The authority added that the water production cost is 750 Fils/m2, however it is sold at 70 Fils only.
