Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): It is worth noting that in 2014, Bahrain's Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa referred to the Islamic State (ISIS) as a "theocracy of evil." The term "theocracy" typically signifies rule in the name of God. The Crown Prince had highlighted that those behind such theocratic ideologies tend to isolate themselves from the world and reject established social systems and contracts.

Theocracy means a system ruled by the name of God. The greeks recognized three types of rule, monarchy, aristocracy, and anarchism, yet the Jewish rule does not fall under any of the above regimes.

Interestingly, the descriptions given by the Crown Prince in his assessment of theocrats apply to the Israeli occupation entity with which Bahrain is currently aligned. However, he refrains from using such a characterization for this state.

Israel, in essence, can be seen as a form of Jewish fundamentalism, contrasting with what the Western world often refers to as Islamic fundamentalism. The declaration by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel as a Jewish state doesn't introduce a new concept; it reaffirms the foundation of the state on this doctrine.

The present Israeli government has been viewed as particularly fundamentalist, given its inclusion of far-right religious parties, including the Jewish Power party led by the Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir. Ben-Gvir is known for following the late ultra-nationalist and openly racist rabbi Meir Kahane, whose group even the United States classified as a terrorist organization.

Minister Ben-Gvir appeared in a video on social media celebrating the massacres committed by the Israeli government against children in Gaza, singing a song that callously says, "there are no schools left in Gaza because all the children have been killed."

Comparatively, if ISIS commits atrocities, slaughtering womem and children using blades, the Crown Prince's ally, the Israeli government, slaughters them through airstrikes on hospitals and shelters, bringing the number of Palestinian children killed in the ongoing war on Gaza to over 3,000.

If it is rightly observed, as Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad has pointed out, that ISIS does not adhere to social systems and contracts, one may question what systems Israel acknowledges when it disregards numerous international rules and conventions.

The religious occupation government is accused of committing war crimes, genocide, and collective punishment by targeting and killing civilians and depriving the Gaza Strip of its most basic necessities, such as water, food, and medicine. Israel's Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant, has even made inflammatory statements, declaring that he is fighting human animals.

Gallant is also one of the extremist leaders who support the expansion of illegal settlements in the Palestinian territories and the promotion of a policy of displacement of Palestinians.

The world has witnessed the true face of this rogue state, which does not recognize many international laws, with the exception of its allies from the ruling family in Bahrain who seem to be blind to all of this and continue to seek closer ties with it.

Even if the Crown Prince does not describe right-wing Israel as a "theocracy," one might question whether he can overlook the evil in a country that kills children.
