Bahrain Mirror: Hamas reiterated its rejection of the normalization of Arab countries with the Zionist occupation entity, the latest of which is Bahrain, which opened the new headquarters of the occupation embassy, expressing its "deep pain and regret over the normalization meetings with it," calling on Arab countries to "to backtrack on such a move."
Hamas said in a statement on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 "We reiterated our unwavering position of rejecting all forms of normalization and contact with the Israeli occupation for the damaging consequences of normalization on the Palestinian people, their holy sites and their just cause."
The movement slammed the latest visit by Foreign Minister Eli Cohen, a member of the most extreme right-wing Israeli occupation government, to Bahrain and the inauguration of the entity's embassy there, as well as the planned visit of the Speaker of Morocco's House of Councilors to the Zionist entity that occupies our land, desecrates our sanctity and our Aqsa, and attacks our children and women.
Hamas called on all Arab states that have normalized ties with the Israeli occupation "to backtrack on such a move." It advised them to "support the Palestinian people in their legitimate struggle against the occupation until they liberate and return to their homeland and establish their fully sovereign state with Jerusalem as its capital."
