Bahrain Mirror: A group of 16 political detainees held in isolation in Bahrain's Jaw Central Prison sent a message addressing citizens in general, and their relatives in particular, stressing the need to offer them support, warning that "the consequences of letting them down may affect the hearts of detainees and their families and its effects will persist."
The 16 political prisoners addressed, in an audio recording, the relatives before the public, saying: "We are going through a fateful stage for both parties, if we look at the reality on the ground, every male and female should stand with the detainees, and it is a duty on the shoulders of every Muslim man and woman capable of supporting the oppressed."
They warned that "if there is a letdown from this side, it could have consequences, including the loss of hope and the death of will, and this may affect the souls of the detainees and their families and its effects will remain."
