Bahrain Mirror: Sayed Jamil Kadhem, head of the Al-Wefaq Shura Council, stressed that "the demands of the prisoners who are on hunger strike are just, necessary, available and commensurate with all the rights of prisoners in the world, including receiving treatment, going outside prison cells, direct visits, freedom of practicing rituals, stopping isolation detention and other demands."
Commenting on the hunger strike carried out by prisoners at Jaw Central Prison, Kadhem asked: "Isn't not time for the authority to respond? Isn't it time to release them? How long will the nation remain in its crises?"
