Bahrain Mirror: The Friday preacher at the Imam Al-Sadiq Mosque in Diraz, west of the Bahraini capital Manama, Sheikh Ali Al-Sadadi, said that "this year's Ashura season has passed and ended, recording successes in our country, Bahrain."
Sheikh Al-Sadadi added, in his Friday sermon on August 4, 2023, that "in the Ashura season this year, talents, energies, capabilities and tools have been provided and everyone, or most of the people, had contributions, and some of them were many, and everyone left a special fingerprint."
He thanked the people of Bahrain, saying "Thanks and gratitude to all of you, especially to our honorable preachers, poets and eulogy reciters, and to the managing departments of Husseiniyas, processions and organizers of food stands (Madeef), and to those in charge of any event and workers," wishing that "God rewards them for what they have provided for the sake of the master of martyrs (peace be upon him)."
