Bahrain Mirror: The Gulf Institute for Democracy and Human Rights expressed concern over the health of prisoner of conscience Ahmed Al-Hadi, who suffers from acute skin infection, and his prevention by Jaw Central Prison administration from receiving his medication.
The institute said, in a tweet via "Twitter", that "Ahmed Al-Hadi suffers from pain, swelling and redness in different parts of his body, but he did not receive the medicine prescribed to him when he was transferred to the hospital 5 days ago."
"Is the detainee's access to medical treatment limited to visiting a doctor without taking medication?" the institute wondered.
