Prisoners Affairs Authority in Bahrain Appoints Activist Jaafar Yahya Its Spokesman

Bahrain Mirror: Prisoners Affairs Authority in Bahrain has appointed former detained activist Jaafar Yahya as its spokesperson. This body was established by the Al-Wafa'a Islamic Party.
Yahya, 44, began his opposition activity since the 90s uprising and was arrested by the regime 5 times between 1995 and 2012. He remained pursued until he finally managed to seek refuge in Germany.
According to the news published on the Authority's website, activist Jaafar Yahya is currently building a national strategy in support of the cause of prisoners in Bahrain's prisons.
