Appeals Court Upholds 3-Year Jail Term against 3 Defendants Accused of Harboring Wanted in Political Case

Bahrain Mirror: The First High Appeals Criminal Court rejected the appeal of 3 defendants accused of hiding and harboring one of the wanted in a political and upheld the 3-year jail term issued against them.
The Public Prosecution referred the 3 to trial. It accused the first appellant of hiding the second appellant who is convicted in a felony and accused the second appellant of taking part with the first one to conceal himself. The prosecution accused the third of taking part with the first and second through agreeing to hide the second appellant being convicted in a punishable felony.
