Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain and Egypt said they adhere to the 13 demands presented to Qatar. The demands were submitted by Bahrain, Egypt, Emirates and Saudi Arabia as a condition to end the siege imposed on Qatar since over a year.
The two countries said in an official statement following the Joint Committee meeting in Manama "The two sides stressed their adherence to the 13 demands as a basis for resolving the crisis with the State of Qatar."
"All Qatari attempts to avoid these demands will only lead to prolonging the period of the crisis," the statement added.
Qatar considers that these demands violate its sovereignty as a state and called for an equal dialogue to put an end to the crisis.
