Nationality and Passports Directorate: Unifying Visa Forms as of November

Bahrain Mirror: The General Directorate of Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs in Bahrain said that it will unify visa forms issued as of November 1, 2018.
It explained that this step will not affect the visas issued before that date, which will be valid until the expiry date.
