Bahrain Mirror: A new suspect in case of establishing a group affiliated with "14 February Coalition" denied the charge of joining the group.

The Fourth High Criminal Court decided to adjourn the case which includes 14 defendants to October 22, in order to summon the 2 attesting witnesses. It also ordered to assign lawyers to two of the defendants with their continued detention until the upcoming session.

The Public Prosecution referred the 13 suspects, and then added the 14^th to them after concluding investigations, to trial and accused them of doing the following during 2017 and 2018:

First: the first and second suspects established a group affiliated with the 14 February Coalition, aiming at calling to disrupt the provisions of the Constitution and other laws and to prevent state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their activities, attacked the personal freedom of citizens and other public freedoms and rights guaranteed by the Constitution and law, harmed national unity for terrorist purposes.

Second: the suspects from the third till the ninth joined the mentioned group, for a terrorist aim.

Third: the first suspects received money from a group that carries out terrorist activities, in order to exploit it into initiating terrorist activity by handing amounts of money to the aforementioned group via dead mail. He gave the money to the group members since they are wanted by security forces for a terrorist purpose.

Fourth: the suspects from the first till the twelfth:

1-      Took part along with other unknowns in an assembly of more than 5 persons in a public place, aiming at committing crimes and disrupting public peace, noting that they used violence to achieve the aim they gathered for.

2-      Made, possessed and acquired, along with other unknowns, Molotov, aiming at using them to put people's lives and public money to danger.

Fifth: suspect 13: participated through agreeing and helping commit the crimes mention in the fourth point.
