National Action Insignia to be Granted to Foreigners in Bahrain: Royal Decree

Bahrain Mirror: King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Law Decree 42/2018 amending some provisions of Law Decree 19/1976 regarding insignia.
The law decree stipulated the creation of a new National Action Insignia next to the BDF Insignia in addition to the prescribed State Insignia as per Article 1 of Law Decree 19/1976.
The decree also stipulated under Article 6 (ditto 4) that the National Action Insignia be granted to civilian/military Bahrainis and non-Bahrainis who have rendered useful services in the homeland's interest or remarkable patriotic services in any field, or anyone the King deems to grant this insignia.
