700 Russians Residing in Bahrain

Bahrain Mirror: The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Vagif Garaev, said that the number of Russian nationals residing in Bahrain, officially registered at the embassy amount to about 300. There are; however, Russian citizens residing in Bahrain, who are not registered at the embassy, and may amount to a number between 600-700, including 50 Russian citizens of Arab origin, who have attained the Russian citizenship and reside in the Kingdom.
He said that the doors of the Russian consulate adjacent to the embassy in the Zinj area are open to voters from the Russian community residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain to vote in the presidential elections scheduled for today (Sunday 18 March 2018), starting from 8 am to 8 pm, i.e. for a period of 12 hours.
