Interior Ministry Orders Imposing Entry Visa on Qatar Citizens and Residents, Urges those in Bahrain to Correct their Status

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Interior Minister Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa ordered on Tuesday (October 31, 2017) to impose entry visa on citizens and residents of Qatar.
The King of Bahrain had decided in a session he chaired on Monday on the imposition of visas "to preserve the security and safety of the country, starting from Qatar because the Kingdom of Bahrain had been affected most by its policies."
The Minister highlighted that obtaining entry visa requires applying in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs (NPRA) website.
For his part, the Interior Ministry Undersecretary for Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs announced that Qataris and residents of Qatar who are in Bahrain should visit the NPRA to correct their legal status.
