High Commissioner for Human Rights Slams Bahrain for Preventing UN Special Rapporteurs to visit Country

Bahrain Mirror: The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Prince Zeid bin Raad Al Hussein, slammed Bahrain for refusing the visits of UN Special Rapporteurs to the country, for over 5 years.
In a speech he delivered in the opening of the UN Human Rights Council 36th session in Geneva, he said that Bahrain is one of the countries that haven't allowed Special Rapporteurs to visit it since 5 years, and has more than 5 accumulated visit requests. He added that among those countries are Turkmenistan, Laos, and Tanzania.
