6-Month Jail Term Handed down to 3 Suspects over Burning Tires in Salmabad

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Fourth High Criminal Court, presided over by judge Ali bin Khalifa Al-Dhahrani with the memberships of judges Osama Al-Shadhili and Wael Ibrahim, and Ahmad Al-Sulaiman as secretariat, handed down 6-month jail term to 3 suspects over burning tires in Salmabad.
The authorities claim that on April 7, 2016, the suspects, along with other unknowns, set fire to 5 tires in Street 12 in Salmabad and fled away.
The security authorities reached the suspects through investigations carried out by ministry of interior's officer.
The court said that due to the case's conditions, it sentenced the suspects according to article 72 of the penal code.
