Committee on Stalled Projects Sets Dec. 20 Date for “Juffair Fairuz” Auction Sale

Bahrain Mirror: The judiciary-affiliated committee responsible for the settlement of stalled real estate development projects, presided over by Judge Mohammad Arabi Mohammad Hachem, convened with the creditors of "Juffair Fairuz" project to inform them of adopted measures, in preparation for selling the project in auction.
The committee said in a statement, "The meeting with the project creditors came to inform them of the measures adopted to reach a settlement on the project. This comes in preparation for selling the project in auction, and depositing the revenue in the treasury of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs and Endowments." This meeting came after the committee had exhausted all ways to settle the project in amicable ways, and listened to all creditors' inquiries regarding the project.
The Committee set Tuesday (December 20, 2016) as the date for the auction, which is to be hosted at the court of Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowment.
Among the members of the aforementioned committee are Judge Mohammad Mirza Aman, Judge Amal Ahmad Ebel, Abdullah Taleb, Aref Rahimi, and with the secretariat headed by Nawfal Busheet.
