Head of Parliamentary inquiry committee Mohsen Al-Bakri told Al-Bilad local newspaper about some of service projects that the government committed to its work program for 2015-2018 saying that the Ministry of Social Development is the most governmental body that fails to implement the plans committed to in the government’s program of action.
