Bahrain Mirror: Al-Wefaq Deputy Secretary-General, Sheikh Hussein Al-Daihi, commented on the regional summit in which Bahrain is to take part in and to be held in the Israeli entity next week.
The summit will be attended by Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Gargash, Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Borita and Bahrain's Foreign Minister Abdullatif Al-Zayani.
"Concern about the future of the fragile alliances is the main objective of the diplomatic summit, which is being held by the Israeli occupation and hosted by Arab countries," Al-Daihi said via his Twitter account.
"Once again, the Bahraini regime miscalculates!" he added.
He explained that political stability in Bahrain and the region can only be achieved when the peoples attain democracy, freedom, justice and political pluralism. Normalization to escape the drastic political impasse in Bahrain will fail whatsoever.
The Hebrew Maariv newspaper said the event will be held in a hotel in the southern part of occupied Palestine. The summit program includes a visit by foreign ministers to Ben-Gurion's tomb.
The Israeli Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper revealed the important files to be discussed during the summit: the Iranian nuclear file, the ongoing talks in the Austrian capital, Vienna, as well as the energy file, and the Ukrainian crisis.
