Bahrain Bourse Lists Government Treasury Bills worth 70 Million BD

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain Bourse announced that 70 million dinars government treasury bills ($186.5 million) will be listed for three months.
It said in a statement today that it will list these bills issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain in the financial market starting Thursday, May 14, and will due on August 12, with a return of 2.4%.
According to an earlier statement, the Bahrain Bourse decided to list 68 issues in the Islamic Treasury Bills Market and Leasing Instruments in 2020, with a total value of BD4.27 billion (US$11.33 billion). The government treasury bills listing market was launched in Bahrain Bourse on January 31, 2016.
