Bahrain Mirror: Adviser to US President Donald Trump, Jared Kushner, said that the Palestinian leadership has succeeded in thwarting his efforts by boycotting the economic conference in Bahrain. Kushner noted that there was a large group of businessmen and representatives of international companies, and many who wanted to attend but they did not invite them, stressing that "the economic plan can be achieved, but not without Palestinian leadership."
Speaking to Arab and Israeli journalists via a telephone interview, Kushner highlighted that "$28 billion of the $50 billion allocated in the ‘Deal of the Century' will be invested in the West Bank and Gaza Strip," and "these billions will not come if the Palestinian leadership does not change its ways".
Kushner admitted that the economic section of the US's "Deal of the Century" for "resolving the Palestianian-Israeli conflict" did not succeed.
