Takaful and Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Companies Reduce their Branches

Bahrain Mirror: Chairman of Board of Directors of Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company Murad Ali Murad said that the company will reduce its branches to the half after merging them with Takaful International Company.
Murad explained that the number of branches of Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company and Takaful Company is 8 and that they will be merged and reduced to 4.
Despite the merge of branches and the commercial logo, the two companies will maintain their independent legal form in terms of employees and the board of directors, as the nature of the work of Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company is traditional insurance, while Takaful Company provides insurance services according to Islamic sharia.
