Prosecution Renews Detention of Zakiya Al-Barbouri for 30 Days

Bahrain Mirror: The Public Prosecution renewed the detention of detainee Zakiya Al-Barbouri for 30 additional days pending investigations.
Activist Ibtisam Al-Saegh said that detainee Al-Barbouri appeared before the terrorism prosecution on Thursday (July 5, 2018) at 9 AM, without a lawyer. She requested her release with the guarantee of her place of residence, however, her request was rejected. The prosecutor ordered to extend her pre-trial detention until August 4.
