Trade Exchange between Bahrain and Turkey Reached $500 million

Bahrain Mirror: The Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD) revealed that the size of trade exchange between Bahrain and Turkey has currently reached half million USD, at a time it seeks to increase the mutual investment size to one billion USD.
Tamer Sen, Senior Head of Global Economic Relations Department at TUSIAD said in a press conference held on the sideline of a TUSIAD delegation visit to Bahrain on Tuesday (March 13, 2018) that the visit included discussing new investments between Bahrain and Turkey amid economic sector growth in Bahrain by 5% within the past year.
Bahraini banks have executive offices in Turkey, BBK, ABC and Venture capital Bank, among 60 other international banks in Turkey, besides 3 airlines flies to Turkey (Pegasus), (AtlasGlobal) and (Turkish Airlines).
For his part, the Turkish Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Kemal Demirciler said that the number of Bahraini visitors to Turkey in 2017 reached 59 thousand versus 41 thousand in 2016.
