Bahrain Sends Condolences to Iraq over Twin Terrorist Attacks in Baghdad

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Foreign Ministry condemned the twin terrorist attacks which targeted the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, leaving dozens of people killed and injured. The Ministry offered its deepest condolences to the bereaved families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
In a statement issued on Monday (January 15, 2018), the Ministry denounced such terrorist acts, which contradict all religious, moral and human values and principles. The ministry further stressed that it stands in solidarity with Iraq in its war against terrorism and efforts to eliminate all terrorist organizations, reiterating the Kingdom's firm rejection of violence, extremism and all forms of terrorism. The Ministry also called on the international community to join efforts in order to eradicate the scourge of terrorism.
