Bahrain Mirror: The Public Prosecution decided on Thursday (June 22, 2017) to arrest two sisters for 7 days pending investigation and release their third sister.
The prosecution arrested Fatima and Iman Ali Abdulla and released their sister Amal.
The authorities arrested the three sisters within a brutal raid campaign launched by the regime forces on the dawn of Wednesday (June 21, 2017) in Diraz.
The number of detained women increased to 11.
The Ministry of Interior published in February photos showing 4 detained women after accusing them with terrorism, which prompted angry reactions among Bahrainis.
Detained women are serving prison sentences over charges including tweeting and treating protestors, while others are accused of terrorism for hiding relatives chased by the authorities.
