October 11 Scheduled for First Appeal Hearing in Wa’ad Dissolution Case

Bahrain Mirror: The Second Supreme Court of Appeals scheduled October 11 to look into the appeal raised by the National Democratic Action Society - Wa'ad, against the dissolution ruling issued against it.
Lawyer Sami Siyadi said that he presented today (Wednesday June 14, 2017), along with lawyer Hafez Ali, the 11-page appeal report.
The First Instance Court has ruled the dissolution of Wa'ad and the liquidation of its assets. Wa'ad is the third society to be dissolved after the Islamic Action Society "Amal", and al-Wefaq National Islamic Society.
