Appeals Court Hands down Life Sentences to 3 Defendants over Targeting Police in Bomb in Diraz

Bahrain Mirror: The High Appeals Court upheld life-imprisonment sentences against 3 defendants accused of attempted murder of policeman in Diraz through blasting a bomb.
The authorities claim that they received a notice stating that about 7 thousands people staged an unlicensed protest in Diraz on Friday at 1 PM. The security forces arrived to the scene and hurled tear gas against them. A bomb blasted near the main entrance of the region which caused damages to a salon for men, an apartment and left an injured policeman.
The authorities allege that they reached the suspects through investigations and confidential sources.
