BHRS: 25 Peaceful Protests & 13 Arrests in 1st Week of December

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahrain Human Rights Society (BHRS) said that the Bahraini authorities arbitrarily arrested 13 citizens during the first week of December 2015.
It added in its weekly statement regarding violations that the security forces raided within the same period 6 houses in 6 different areas across Bahrain.
BHRS also witnessed 23 sit-ins voicing solidarity with detainees held in various areas in the island kingdom, as well as 25 peaceful protests during which 14 villages were exposed to over 18 incidents of collective punishment by security forces, using tear gas and shotgun pellets to crack down on protestors.
