Local Newspaper: Tweeter “Bou Khamees” Sentenced to One Year in Prison Over Insulting Journalist

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini state Al-Ayam newspaper said that a Bahrain court sentenced a tweeter known as "Bou Khamees" to one full year in prison after convicting him of insulting journalist Mohammad Al-Arab.
Bahraini courts have sentences activists including the President of Bahrain Center for Human Rights, Nabeel Rajab, and opposition leader, Sayed Jameel Kadhem, over tweets posted on their personal Twitter accounts.
