Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain News Agency said that Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Al-Sakhir Palace on Thursday (October 22, 2015) "the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and a number of senior BDF officials."

BNA added that the king discussed during the meeting "the continuous participation of the BDF in the Operation Decisive Storm and the Operation Restoring Hope with the joint Arab Coalition and the fruitful and outstanding results of its honorable participation, as well as the future plans for developing and reinforcing the BDF's weapons and units."
