2015-08-29 - 6:58 p
Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): The Bahraini Ministry of Interior announced on Friday (August 28, 2015) that one of its policemen was killed in the bomb blast that took place in Karana, west of the Bahraini capital Manama.
"An explosion took place in Karana. Preliminary information says there is a number of injuries. The competent parties initiated their procedures at the scene," the ministry tweeted, before announcing the death of a police officer.
Opposition parties doubt such incidents that they usually describe as "mysterious" and demand the establishment of independent investigation committees to look into these incidents. The authorities; however, refuse to respond to such demands.
