Bahrain Mirror: Britain's Foreign and Commonwealth Office called on its nationals in Bahrain to be extra vigilant, as it stated: "Following the recent terrorist attacks on mosques in the neighbouring Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, you are encouraged to be extra vigilant and report anything suspicious to local authorities.
The FCO stressed in a warning it posted on its website (June 5, 2015) that "there is a general threat from terrorism. Terrorists continue to issue statements threatening to carry out attacks in the Gulf region."
"Demonstrations and protests take place regularly. These can be violent. You should be vigilant and avoid large crowds and demonstrations," the FCO further warned its nationals in the island kingdom.
