Human rights activist Ibtisam Al-Saegh said on her Instagram page that the police demanded family of former MP Osama Al-Tamimi to hand him over despite of his critical health condition as he is incapable of moving or speaking normally due to the brain stroke he suffered 5 days following his detention. It is noteworthy that Al-Tamimi is still receiving treatment in a private hospital.
